Pam Coffey

Pam is a certified executive coach and consultant, who is dedicated to working with individuals and teams to create positive change, improve performance and get desired results. She enthusiastically coaches clients with a niche in helping people build healthier relationships, first with themselves, and then others. Pam guides clients down a path that assists them in identifying who they are, uncovers what they want, and holds them with caring accountability to make it happen. She brings a gift of candor mixed with the lightheartedness that makes working with her feel like a breath of fresh air.

Pam serves as adjunct faculty for Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program where she mentors, teaches and assesses new coaching students. She is committed to helping leaders and their employees create healthy, constructive partnerships where all parties are engaged and working together to get results every day. Pam brings expertise in developing leaders, teams, and organizations through strong collaborative skills and enthusiasm for positive change. She has designed and implemented two corporate universities as well as three coaching programs. She held organizational effectiveness and leadership coaching roles in Washington, D.C. for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), served in the role of Deputy Chief Learning Officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and also served as a Senior Executive in the role of Deputy Human Resources Director. Prior to working at the SEC, Pam held a variety of leadership and organizational development positions, as well as, serving as a national trainer and coach in her 20 years of service at the Environmental Protection Agency in Denver, CO.

Pam holds a professional coaching credential (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, has received certification as a co-active coach from the Coaches Training Institute and earned two team coaching certifications. She is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (Brene’ Brown’s body of work) and accredited in the Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa. Pam is certificated in several assessment tools including: Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, DiSC and several 360 multi-rater feedback assessments including the Leadership Circle Profile.
